1. Who runs this site
samibentaleb.com is run by SamDev, LLC, a Delaware company founded by Sami Bentaleb. In these terms, “I” means SamDev, LLC. By using the site, you accept these terms.
2. Prices are not quotes
The site describes what I build and what it usually costs. Prices on /pricing are starting points and typical ranges.
A price, scope or date binds only when it’s in an agreement signed by you and SamDev, LLC, and that agreement overrides anything on this site.
3. The work shown
The names, screens and code shown on /work belong to whoever owns them, and nothing here grants a license to use them. The rest of the site, including its text, its design and the Sami Bentaleb wordmark, is © SamDev, LLC.
4. Links
The site links to Cal.com and to live sites I’ve built. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for them.
5. No warranty
The site is provided as it is. I try to keep it accurate and online, but I don’t promise it’s free of errors or always available.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, SamDev, LLC isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits a right the law doesn’t let me limit.
7. Governing law
The laws of the State of Delaware govern these terms, and any dispute about the site goes to the courts of Delaware.
